Waimea Bay

The best place to go to for tourist. No pads are needed, but spotters are. Certain problems would require a pad when the sand receeds or to cover a side boulder, but overall there is plenty to climb with out a pad. When the sand comes up in the winter, that is a good time to try the harder highballs. DO watch out for the waves reaching the boulders during massive swells. Great people watching place as well. And when you are all done. You can jump off the ~20 foot jump rock in the summer:)

Don't hesitate to ask them some tips, they are awesome.
